MKR SF 500 filtration machine

The mobile filter machine SF 500 from MKR is easy to transport and provides a trouble-free filtration process. It combines four functions: suction of the entire amount of lubricating and cooling liquid, vacuum filtration, cleaning of the emulsion containers and the entire machine using a high-pressure pneumatic system, as well as chip removal and grinding of the sludge.

Technical characteristics of the filter machine SF 500:

- Capacity: 500 l;

- Filtration through a fiber filter;

- Productivity: 250 l/min;

- High-pressure washing (with emulsion or water);

- Mechanical lock for the separated oils.

The machines are available with the following options:

- Splitting of the washing compartment at the rear of the machine 420x150 mm;

- Special flexible cleaning marker;

- Customer-selected color.

MKR's SF series filter machines are able to process up to 400 l of contaminated coolant and return it to the working environment in just 15 minutes. Solid waste is separated into rated containers, and the machine emptied of the technical fluid is cleaned by high-pressure washing. After filtration, the clean emulsion is returned to the coolant tanks. The SF series filter machines are the optimal solution for cleaning emulsions and oils on stand-alone metalworking centers and lathes.
